Welcome to Webhouse Media and PostPilot. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Webhouse Media or subscribing to a PostPilot management plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Services

Webhouse Media provides premium digital marketing services, including but not limited to branding, web development, and AI automation. Our "PostPilot" division specifically offers social media management, content creation, and growth strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

3. Subscription & Billing

PostPilot services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. By selecting a plan (Starter, Growth, or Premium), you agree to recurring billing. Payments are processed in advance each month. You may cancel or upgrade your plan with 30 days' notice. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content created by Webhouse Media/PostPilot specifically for your brand (graphics, captions, videos) becomes your intellectual property upon full payment of the relevant invoice. However, Webhouse Media retains a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display such content in our portfolios and marketing materials to showcase our expertise.

5. Account Access

To perform our services (SMM, ads management), we may require access to your social media accounts. We promise to maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality regarding your login credentials and will only use them for the purposes of performing our agreed-upon services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webhouse Media and PostPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services. We do not guarantee specific growth numbers as social media algorithms are beyond our external control.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
